摘要
在相同的贴合压力和加压时间条件下,进行PUR热熔胶贴面试验,探讨不同涂胶量、不同贴面单板厚度对多层实木复合地板坯料贴面后浸渍剥离性能的影响。结果表明,不同单板厚度在适宜的涂胶量时,使用PUR热熔胶贴面制备浸渍剥离性能较好的多层实木复合地板可行,且生产成本较三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶贴面的多层实木复合地板要低很多。
Under the same bonding pressure and time,the study performed the PUR hot melt adhesive veneer test and discussed dip peel test of oak panel multi-layer engineered wood flooring with different spreading and oak veneers in different thicknesses.The results showed that it was feasible to use PUR hot-melt adhesive veneer to prepare multi-layer engineered wood flooring with better dip peel test,when the appropriate spreading in different thicknesses were selected.And the comprehensive cost for PUR hot-melt adhesive was much less than that of melamine modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive.
