论大学生成长辅导的“四四”模式 被引量:2

摘要 高校辅导员是对学生进行成长辅导的学校第一责任人。高校辅导员应积极主动地去发现、解决学生成长中面临的问题。对于学生的成长问题,基于划定的"四类"边界,高校辅导员要判定该问题是否属于成长辅导的范畴,然后再依据"四不"问题的分类模式,确定学生面临的成长"真"问题。高校辅导员作为学生成长辅导队伍"四个"梯队中首当其冲的第一梯队,应积极主动地去化解学生的成长问题;对于自身不擅长的领域,也应主动借用其他三个辅导梯队的力量。针对成长辅导主体制定的辅导方案可能千差万别,对于成长辅导效果的反馈总结要注重听取被辅导者、高校辅导员、辅导主体、被辅导者家长与同学等"四方"的意见。 College counselors are the first responsible person for the growth guidance of college students.College counselors should actively find the problems students are facing in their growth.Based on the classification criteria of the four categories,college counselors should determine whether the problem belongs to the category of growth guidance.If not,it should be dealt with by other professional institutions in time;if so,the"true"growth problem faced by students should be determined based on the classification model of four categories.College counselors,as the first of the four echelons of students’guidance,should take the initiative to solve the problems of students’growth.At the same time,if they are not good at the field,they should also take the initiative to borrow the strength of the other three coaching echelons.The counseling programs developed by the growth counseling subjects may vary from person to person,but in terms of the feedback and summary of the effects of growth counseling,the opinions of students,college counselors,counseling subjects,and parents should be valued.
