摘要
劳动技术课程是进行劳动教育的有效途径,是向学生传授劳动知识、技能和进行劳动思想教育的主要课程。现实中,长期处于应试压力下的中小学,劳动技术课程面临地位边缘化、师资经费紧缺、缺乏实践基地和合适的教材、无系统的教研工作、缺少有效考核体系等困局。由此,需要转变观念,建立健全劳动教育管理体系;划拨专门经费,加强师资队伍和实践基地建设;建立教研网络,选编适用教材;纳入目标管理,健全课程考核评价体系;做好四个结合,为劳技课程的建设打开一片新天地。
Laboring technology course is an effective way to carry out labor education.It is the main course to teach students labor knowledge and skills and carries on ideological education.In reality,the primary and secondary schools,which are under the pressure of examination for a long time,are faced with such difficulties as the marginalization of laboring technology courses,the shortage of teachers and funds,the lack of practice bases,the lack of appropriate teaching materials,the lack of systematic teaching and research work,and the lack of effective assessment system.In order to break through this dilemma,we need to change our concept,establish and improve the labor education management system,set up special funds,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and practice base,establish teaching and research network,compile applicable teaching materials,incorporate target management,improve the examination and evaluation system,and open up a new world for the construction of laboring technology courses.
