区块链技术作为未来一二十年全球网络技术的战略制高点,近年来已成为全球各大科技公司及众多领域研究的热点。2016年,国务院印发的《"十三五"国家信息化规划》提出,要以区块链在内的战略性前沿技术构建现代信息技术和产业生态体系。教育领域往往是新技术示范应用的热点,区块链技术在高等教育领域应用前景广泛,研究其在打破学术壁垒、学生能力认证新模式、高校管理模式创新等方面的应用,不仅有可能催生出完整的教育生态系统,还可以改革高校管理体制,提高工作效率。
