高龄高危急性肺血栓栓塞患者的成功溶栓

Successful thrombolysis in elderly patients with high-risk acute pulmonary thromboembolism

肺血栓栓塞症是欧美等西方国家常见的致死性心血管疾病之一,近年来,在我国其发病率呈逐渐上升趋势,其中老年患者尤为甚之。肺血栓栓塞症的致死率和致残率均很高,且治疗花费大。本文为1例高龄急性肺血栓栓塞并梗阻性休克患者溶栓治疗成功的报告。

Pulmonary thromboembolism is one of the most common fatal cardiovascular diseases in western countries.In recent years,the incidence of pulmonary thromboembolism has been on the rise in China,especially among the elderly.Pulmonary thromboembolism has high mortality and disability,and is expensive to treat.This article is a report of successful thrombolytic therapy in an elderly patient with acute pulmonary thromboembolism and obstructive shock.
