Comparative analysis of the new and old versions of NB/T 47018.1~5-2017 series standards

阐述了NB/T 47018.1~5—2017《承压设备用焊接材料订货技术条件》系列标准与2011年版本的变化,并对其进行了探讨。研究表明,现行版本是基于国内焊接材料及相关检测技术的发展,对承压设备用焊接材料的验收提出了新的要求。但是修订的一些内容与其自身引用标准存在一定差异,并且未引用最新的埋弧焊用焊接材料国家标准,这容易引起部分焊接材料的验收与使用混乱,应尽快进行修正或出具相关修改单。

This paper described and discussed the changes between the series standards of NB/T 47018.1~5—2017 Technical Permission of Welding Materials for Pressure Equipment and the 2011 version.The results show that current revision is based on the development of domestic welding materials and related detection technology,and puts forward some new requirements for the acceptance of welding materials for pressure equipment.However,there are some differences between some contents of this revision and its own related reference standards,and the latest national standards have not been applied to the submerged arc welding materials,which is easy to cause confusion in the acceptance and use of some welding materials.Therefore,the revision shall be carried out as soon as possible or the relevant revision sheet shall be issued.
