摘要
对于锥壳小端折边半径超过GB/T 150-2011《压力容器》要求的锥壳开孔结构,考虑到接管开孔补强区对锥段小端折边造成影响,采用载荷和抗力系数法从强度失效角度进行评价,为此类超标结构寻求一种设计计算方法,以求更好地满足建造要求,节省加工成本。
For outside radius at small end of conical section exceeding the standard of GB/T 150-2011"Pressure Vessel",considering the influence of nozzle opening reinforcement area about the small end of conical section,using load and resistance factor method to evaluate strength failure in order to seek a design calculation method for the structure of exceeding the standard.Thus,it can meet the construction requirements and save the processing cost.
