摘要
针对真空热轧制备不锈钢复合板工艺复杂和碳元素在复合界面扩散易形成碳化物影响结合强度的问题,进行了在低碳钢和不锈钢之间加入金属粉末的不锈钢/低碳钢非真空热轧试验研究。结果表明,金属粉末作为中间层时,不锈钢和低碳钢容易达到良好的冶金结合,还可以阻碍碳元素向复合界面处扩散,减少了碳铬化合物形成,有利于界面结合强度的提高。
In view of the problems that the technology for manufacturing stainless steel composite plates by hot rolling process under vacuum conditions was complicated and the bonding strength was influenced by the carbides due to the carbon which was diffused and then apt to form carbides at the compound interface,the experimental study for manufacturing low carbon composite stainless steel plates by hot rolling under non-vacuum conditions with adding metal powder at the interface between stainless steel and low carbon steel was carried out.The experimental results demonstrated that the good metallurgical bonding was apt to achieve by adding metal power at the interface between stainless steel and low carbon steel for use as intermediate layer.By adding metal power the carbon was obstructed to be diffused towards the compound interface,which brought about the reduction of chromium compounds which were formed there and which was also in favor of improving the bonding strength at the interface.
