通过分析国内外钢厂智慧制造发展情况,并结合鞍钢股份有限公司热轧带钢厂信息化现状,贯彻落实公司两化融合顶层设计及发展规划,制定热轧带钢厂智慧制造发展方向。从生产、质量管控智能化,设备智能管控与分析预警,高效率智能装备,智能安全,自动化轧钢、集控等方面,实现无人化、少人化,操检合一、集中管控,提质增效、安全节能,自动化轧钢程度提升,设备状态监控。打造智能化、高效率、低成本的绿色热轧产线。

Based on the analysis on the developments of smart manufacturing by domestic and foreign steel mills and combined with the current status of the informationized in Hot Rolled Strip Steel Mill of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the development direction of smart manufacturing for Hot Rolled Strip Steel Mill was formulated in order to carry out the top-level designed and development plan by the company.Smart manufacturing in Ansteel was started with the aspects such as intelligent production and quality control,intelligent control of equipment and early warning of equipment by analysis,equipping intelligent high efficient equipment,intelligent safety-keeping,automatic steel rolling,adopting technologies by integrated control.Then these achievements could be gained including operations by unmanned control or controlling by less people,carrying out integrated controlling in operation with inspection,implementing centralized management and control.Finally the low-cost green hot rolling production line with high-efficiency based on intelligentization could be built as a result of improving quality and efficiency,securing safety-keeping and energy saving,increasing the level of automatic steel rolling and keeping equipment to be monitored.
