目的总结贾成文教授治疗原发性偏头痛的临床经验,为临床临床诊疗提供帮助。方法通过临床跟师、查阅资料、病例例举,进行总结贾成文教授治疗原发性偏头痛的经验。结果贾成文教授临床治疗原发性偏头痛时多从风寒论治,取穴少而精,效如桴鼓。结论针灸对原发性偏头痛有良好的疗效,值得广大临床同仁推广应用。

Objective to summarize Professor Jia Chengwen’s clinical experience in the treatment of primary migraine and to provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods the experience of Professor Jia Chengwen in the treatment of primary migraine was summarized through clinical follow-up, materials consultant and case examples.Results Professor Jia Chengwen treated primary migraine mainly from wind and cold, the points selected are not much but essential and gets the effect instantly. Conclusion Acupuncture has good curative effect on primary migraine, which is worthy of popularization and application by clinical colleagues.
