八髎穴埋线联合黄芪增液汤治疗结肠慢传输型便秘37例

Treatment of 37 Cases of Colonic Slow Transit Constipation with Baliao Acupoint Embedding and Huangqi Zengye Decoction

目的探讨八髎穴埋线联合黄芪增液汤对结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效及对便秘患者自我生存质量的影响。方法将73例结肠慢传输型便秘患者随机分为2组。治疗组给予八髎穴穴位埋线联合黄芪增液汤口服。对照组给予莫沙比利联合聚乙二醇4000散口服。两组连续治疗45日,观察两组患者治疗前后症状积分、生存质量评分和临床疗效,以及治疗组不良反应情况。结果①两组治疗后主要症状和单项症状积分分别与各组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明中、西医治疗都能显著改善便秘相关症状。治疗组治疗后排便时间积分与对照组治疗后排便时间积分比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组治疗方案优于对照组治疗方案。治疗组治疗后粪便性状、排便频率、难易程度、腹胀等症状积分与对照组治疗后相关症状积分比较,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),说明治疗组治疗方案在改善粪便性状、排便频率、难易程度、腹胀等方面显著由于对照组。②治疗组治疗后生存质量积分与治疗前比较,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),说明本研究方案对患者自我生存质量改善明显。对照组治疗后生存质量积分与治疗前比较,在生理因子方面有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组在社会心理、担忧、满意度等因子方面,治疗后与治疗前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明对照组治疗方案治疗效果不满意,使患者满意度下降,对患者社会心理、担忧等方面无明显改观。③治疗组所有病例均取得良好疗效,有7例达到临床痊愈;对照组有10例无效,无一例痊愈。治疗组总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。④治疗组治疗期间,有2例出现轻度不良反应,有1例出现中度不良反应,相关症状予以对症处理后缓解。结论八髎穴埋线联合黄芪增液汤治疗结肠慢传输型便秘疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baliao Acupoint embedding combined with Huangqi Zengye Decoction on slow colonic transit constipation and its effect on the quality of life of patients with constipation. Methods Seventy-three patients with slow colonic constipation were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Baliao Acupoint embedding and Huangqi Zengye Decoction. The control group was given orally mosapride and polyethylene glycol 4000 powder. The two groups were treated continuously for 45 days, and the symptom score, quality of life score, and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment, as well as the adverse reactions in the treatment group. Results 1. The symptom scores of main symptoms and single symptoms after treatment in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment in each group(P <0.01), indicating that both Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the symptoms related to constipation. The defecation time score after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with the defecation time score after treatment in the control group(P <0.05), indicating that the treatment regimen in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. The scores of stool character, defecation frequency, difficulty degree and abdominal distention in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.01), indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving fecal characteristics, defecation frequency, difficulty, abdominal distention and other aspects. 2. Compared with before treatment, the quality of life score of the treatment group after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.01), indicating that this regimen significantly improved the patients’ self-life quality. The quality of life score of the control group after treatment was statistically significant in terms of physiological factors compared with that before treatment(P <0.01);the control group had no statistics in terms of social psychology, worry, satisfaction, etc.(p>0.05), indicating that the treatment effect of the control group was unsatisfactory, which reduced the patient’s satisfaction and did not significantly change the patient’s social psychology and anxiety. 3. All cases in the treatment group achieved good results, and 7 cases achieved clinical recovery;10 cases in the control group were ineffective and none were cured. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group(P <0.01). 4. During the treatment of the treatment group, there were 2 cases of mild adverse reactions and 1 case of moderate adverse reactions. The related symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Baliao Acupoint embedding combined with Huangqi Zengye Decoction is effective in treating colonic slow transit constipation and has few adverse reactions, which deserves clinical promotion.
