摘要
针对当前不动产登记对不动产测绘的需求,在国内率先对不动产测绘技术进行深入而系统的专项研究,对土地、房屋、草原、林地、海域等不动产测绘现状与需求进行了深入的研究;编制了涵盖基本术语、要素分类代码、基本技术要求、成果整合处理、质量检验、底图编绘、数据库等多个方面的标准,构建了不动产测绘标准体系;进行了空间基准、数据整合处理、成果质量检验、成果集成管理、成果展示等方面的支撑技术研究与产品研发,构建了不动产测绘技术体系和软件产品体系;进行了集成示范和大范围的应用推广。
In response to current demands for real estate surveying and mapping,this article reviews the progresses and challenges for technologies for real estate surveying and mapping especially for land,housing,grasslands,woodlands and sea areas.A standard system for real estate surveying and mapping is constructed,which includes basic terminologies,element classification codes,basic technical requirements,integration of results,quality inspection,base map editing,database,etc.Key technologies for real estate surveying and mapping are developed such as spatial referencing,data integration,data quality inspection,product integration management product visualization,etc.A technological system and software product system are constructed.Integration and demonstration of technologies and products for real estate surveying and mapping are carried out and widespread promoted.
