可降解支架植入后壁厚和杆宽对局部血流动力学环境的影响

Influence of Thickness and Width of Bioabsorbable Vascular Stent on Local Hemodynamics

摘要 该研究根据患者OCT数据重建可降解支架植入病变部位后的血管模型,结合实际临床信息与有限元模拟分析方法,探究可降解支架壁厚与杆宽变化对植入后的局部血流动力学环境的影响,及其对血栓形成的关系。该结果为改善可降解支架几何结构设计与优化提供参考。 The study reconstructed vascular model by the realistic Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT) data to investigate the influence of the local hemodynamics caused by different thickness and width of bioresorbable vascular scaffold(BRS) implantation in Left Anterior Descending(LAD) artery. The study explored the relationship between the stent structure and thrombus,and the result can provide a valuable reference for the optimal design of BRS.
