基于灰色关联分析法的跨境电商与物流协同水平测度研究

Research on Cross-border E-commerce and Logistics Collaborative Level Measurement Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

[目的/意义]研究跨境电商与跨境物流的协同水平,挖掘导致协同水平低的原因。[过程/方法]筛选跨境电商物流复合系统协同水平的初始指标,并设计协同度测量模型,利用灰色关联分析,测算2011—2017年跨境电商物流协同水平。[结果/结论]跨境电商子系统的发展总体向上,跨境物流子系统发展落后于跨境电商子系统;从总体来看,跨境电商与跨境物流协同水平仍不稳定。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study the level of collaboration between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics industries so as to explore the reasons for the low level of collaboration.[Method/process]The paper screens the initial indicators of the synergy level of the cross-border e-commerce logistics composite system designs a model for measuring the degree of synergy and uses grey correlation analysis to measure the level of cross-border e-commerce logistics collaboration in 2011—2017.[Result/conclusion]The results show that development of the cross-border e-commerce subsystem is generally upward but the development of the cross-border logistics subsystem is still behind the cross-border e-commerce subsystem;the level of synergy between e-commerce and cross-border logistics is still unstable.
