非物质文化遗产知识库构建探析——以青海省入选国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目为例

The Construction of Knowledge Base of Intangible Cultural Heritages:Case Study of the Chosen Representative Projects of National Intangible Cultural Heritages of Qinghai Province

[目的/意义]旨在探讨构建非物质文化遗产知识库,提高青海省非物质文化遗产保护水平。[方法/过程]以青海省入选国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目73项为研究对象,对非物质文化遗产进行整理、分类和整合。分析目前非物质文化遗产数字信息资源存在的形式和内容的特点,提出构建非物质文化遗产知识库的优化策略。[结果/结论]非物质文化遗产知识库服务平台的功能设置包括知识资源、知识服务、知识检索、知识浏览、知识编辑与更新、数据统计与分析,以及自媒体和二维码技术的应用。构建非物质文化遗产知识库要加强完整的理论体系研究、探索知识库构建的主要技术与系统的开发方法,并开展应用研究。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to discuss the construction of knowledge base of intangible cultural heritages so as to improve the protection level of intangible cultural heritage for Qinghai Province.[Method/process]The paper sorts out classifies and integrates the intangible cultural heritages based on the research object of 73 representative projects of chosen intangible cultural heritages in Qinghai Province.Then it analyzes the characteristics of the existing forms and contents of digital information resources of intangible cultural heritages and puts forward the optimization strategy for constructing the knowledge base of intangible cultural heritages.[Result/conclusion]The service platform functions of knowledge base of intangible cultural heritages include knowledge resource knowledge service knowledge retrieval knowledge browsing knowledge compilation and renewal data statistics and analysis and the application of We Media and Two-Dimensional Code technology.The knowledge base construction of intangible cultural heritages should strengthen the research on complete theory system explore the primary technologies for the knowledge base construction and the development methods for system and implement applied research.
