摘要
为解决大型通用码垛机在对毛边板码垛过程中出现的适应性差、生产效率低的问题,本文设计了一台专门针对毛边板的全自动码垛机。本研究首先对毛边板码垛机的工艺流程进行分析,确定了码垛工艺框图。其次,根据码垛机工作原理和工艺流程制定了码垛机的整体设计方案。第三,依据码垛机实际工况参数,建立数学模型,对核心组件所受负载进行分析,确定推板组件、升降组件、辅助辊台组件的具体结构设计。该数控毛边板码垛机可实现对于毛边板的全自动码垛,大大节约了人力物力,大幅度提高了码垛精度和码垛质量。
In order to solve the problem of poor adaptability and low production efficiency in the process of large universal pallet izing machine.A fully automatic palletizer was designed specifically for the rough edge planks.The technological process of stacker was analyzed to develop the process flow diagram.According to the actual working parameters of the stacker,mathematical models were built to analyze the load on the core components the push plate components,the lifting components,the auxiliary roller compo nents and the specific structures was designed.The stacker can automatically pallet the rough edge planks,which greatly saves man power and material resources,and greatly improves stacking accuracy and stacking quality.
