摘要 文中采用现场动态测量法,对地处南京市的一栋北美式和一栋欧式轻型木结构建筑外墙体进行隔声性能的动态测试与分析比较。其主要结论表明,关闭门窗时,欧式和北美式轻型木建筑的外墙体隔声效果比闭门开窗时好;而无论是关闭门窗,还是闭门开窗时,其欧式比北美式轻型木建筑的外墙体的隔声性能高,且符合GB 3096-93《城市区域环境噪声标准》中2类标准限值规定等。上述以期在实际工程应用中为提升我国轻型木结构房屋墙体结构隔声性能的优化设计工作提供借鉴。 In this paper,the dynamic measurement and analysis of the sound insulation performance of the exterior wall of a North American-style and a European-style light wood frame construction located in Nanjing are performed using the on-site dynam ic measurement method.The main conclusions show that when the doors and windows are closed,the sound insulation of the external walls of European and North American light wood frame constructions is better than when the doors are closed and windows are opened;No matter when the doors and windows are closed or the the doors are closed and windows are opened,the sound insulation performance of the outer wall of the European-stylelight wood frame construction is better than that of the North American type,and it complies with the category 2 standard limit stipulations in GB3096-93"Standard for Environmental Noise in Urban Areas"[15].The above is expected to provide reference for the optimization design work of improving the sound insulation performance ofthe wall structure of light woodframe construction in China in practical engineering applications.
