摘要
一块普通的玉石经过雕刻工匠雕刻之后,就成了精美的工艺品,其产业对市场需求较大,但依靠手工雕刻无法满足市场需求,其批量生产的效率低、人工成本高。本项目使用逆向工程技术对手工雕刻的工艺品进行逆向,再通过数控加工进行批量生产加工,从而达到自动化生产加工的目的,解决其效率低、人工成本问题。
a common jade becomes a fine handicraft after it is carved by a carver.Its industry has a large demand for the market,but it can not meet the market demand relying on manual carving.Its mass production efficiency is low and the labor cost is high.In this project,reverse engineering technology is used to reverse the handicrafts carved by hand,and then the mass production and pro cessing are carried out through numerical control processing,so as to achieve the purpose of automatic production and processing,and solve the problems of low efficiency and labor cost.
