金匮肾气丸对环磷酰胺造模小鼠血常规的影响

EFFECT OF JINKUI SHENQI PILLS ON BLOOD ROUTINE IN CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE-INDUCED MICE

目的为了探究金匮肾气丸对环磷酰胺造模小鼠血常规的影响。方法将30只雄性小白鼠均分为空白组、模型组和治疗组。治疗组小鼠给予1.2 g/kg b.w.剂量的金匮肾气丸进行灌胃,1次/d;在治疗的第7 d,模型组和治疗组小鼠给予50 mg/kg b.w.剂量环磷酰胺进行腹腔注射,1次/w,连续用药35 d。实验结束后对所有小鼠称重并采集血液进行血细胞分析。结果与空白组相比,模型组小鼠的体重、中性粒细胞总数、中性粒细胞百分比、单核细胞百分比、血小板总数和血小板压积显著降低(P<0.05),白细胞总数、淋巴细胞总数、淋巴细胞百分比、单核细胞总数、红细胞压积、红细胞分布宽度变异系数和平均血小板体积显著增高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,在治疗结束后,小鼠的体重、中性粒细胞百分比、单核细胞百分比、血小板总数、血小板压积显著升高(P<0.05),白细胞总数、淋巴细胞总数、淋巴细胞百分比、单核细胞总数显著降低(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸能有效改善环磷酰胺导致小鼠血常规,对肿瘤性疾病治疗过程中应用金匮肾气丸防治环磷酰胺毒副作用具有参考意义。

Objective:In order to investigate the effect of Jinkui Shenqi pills on blood routine in cyclophosphamide-induced mice.Methods:30 male mice were divided into three groups:blank group,model group and treatment group.Mice in the treatment group were given 1.2 g/kg b.w.Jinkui Shenqi pills,once a day;on the 7th day of treatment,the mice in the model group and the treatment group were given 50 mg/kg b.w.cyclophosphamide which was injected intraperitoneally once a week for 35 days.At the end of the experiment,all mice were weighed and blood samples were collected for blood cell analysis.Results:The body weight,total neutrophils,percentage of monocytes,total platelet count and thrombocytopeniat were significantly lower in the model group than those in the blank group(P<0.05),and Total white blood cells,percentage of lymphocytes,total monocytes,hematocrit,coefficient of variation in distribution width of red blood cells and mean platelet volume were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the body weight,percentage of neutrophils,percentage of monocytes,total platelet count,hematocrit were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05);Total white blood cells,percentage of lymphocytes,total monocytes were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinkui Shenqi Pill can effectively improve the blood routine of mice induced by cyclophosphamide,and has reference significance for the prevention and treatment of side effects of cyclophosphamide by Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the course of treatment of tumor diseases.
