基于数值模拟的核电海水管道电位监测优化研究

摘要 电位监测是核电系统海水管道腐蚀状态评估的重要手段之一。本文对国内外海水管道腐蚀状态评估进行了归纳概括,并提出了基于数值模拟仿真的电位监测优化技术。结合某核电厂循环水管道阴极保护系统设计,进行电位监测传感器的布置优化,使管道腐蚀状态的监测效果更加完善。 Potential monitoring is one of the important means to evaluate the corrosion status of seawater pipelines in nuclear power systems.In this paper,the assessment of corrosion status of seawater pipelines at home and abroad is summarized,and the optimization technology of potential monitoring based on numerical simulation is proposed.Based on the design of cathodic protection system for circulating water pipeline in a nuclear power plant,the layout of potential monitoring sensors is optimized to improve the monitoring effect of pipeline corrosion.
