摘要
丁基橡胶是一种合成橡胶,由异丁烯和少量异戊二烯合成,具有良好的耐化学品稳定性、耐热稳定性和耐臭氧性,最突出的是其具有优异的耐水蒸汽透过性,因此,作为一种防腐衬里材料,在业内被广泛采用,但是通常只有预硫化和加压硫化两种方式,限制了该产品的使用领域,本文所述产品采用大气压下低温长时间的硫化方式对丁基橡胶板进行硫化,产品质量稳定可靠,与金属的粘合性能、耐腐蚀性能非常优越,特别适用于现场施工的大型钢制或砼制容器的内衬防腐施工,市场前景广阔,为工矿企业在进行设备选型时增加了一个可以选择的方案。
Butyl rubber is a kind of synthetic rubber,synthesized from isobutylene and little isoprene,which has well property of resistance to chemical stability,thermal stability,and ozone.The most prominent property is its excellent resistance to water vapor permeability,therefore,butyl rubber is widely used as a kind of anti-corrosion lining material.But it only has two methods of vulcanization,presulphurization and pressure vulcanization which limit its usage scope.The product described in the paper is long time vulcanized under atmospheric pressure and low temperature,its quality is stable and reliable,and has excellent bonding property with metal and anti-corrosion property.Butyl rubber is especially suitable for anticorrosion lining of large steel or concrete vessel at site.It has a broad market prospect,and helps industrial and mining enterprises add an alternative solution when selecting rubber type.
