摘要
近年来建设工程盈利能力逐渐降低,因此建设企业必须全面提高造价管理控制建设成本。本文由此出发,基于现阶段我国建设工程企业造价管理中存在的主要问题展开分析探讨,针对影响工程造价的关键环节提出对应的完善优化策略。
In recent years,the profitability of construction projects has gradually decreased.Therefore,construction enterprises must comprehensively improve the cost of construction management and control.Based on this,management of construction engineering enterprises in China,and proposes corresponding key links affecting project cost.
