摘要
通过将铸造式镀锌车门铰链搭载到某款车型上随车电泳,并进行强化腐蚀试验,发现锈蚀位置为铰链中间销轴和铰链本体搭接部位;对锈蚀零件进行拆解分析,确定电泳处理无法在此类型车门铰链的锈蚀风险点形成防腐层,推断此处的有效防腐层为镀锌层;通过排查铰链安装环境,指出设计中优化零件安装区域腐蚀环境,避免水分等腐蚀因子对零件侵害可降低零件防腐风险;通过设计制定出与整车试验结果一致的零部件试验方法,同时验证了针对该车型能够起到有效防腐的镀层厚度。
The corrosion position of casting door hinge is between axis pin and hinge body in the complete vehicle accelerated corrosion test.The electrophoresis process didn’t form an efficient protection layer in the risk position,so the efficient protection layer is galvanizing layer.Good design of avoiding wetness and other corrosive medium deposited on the surface is positive for parts anticorrosive property.For purpose of matching the same failure mode between complete vehicle test and parts test,a special test method in neutral spraying salt atmosphere was explored,meanwhile the efficient thickness of galvanizing layer was verified by the both tests.
