摘要
《华盛顿协议》是一项本科层次工程教育专业互认的多变协定,我国于2016年正式成为其会员,但不少地方本科高校在人才培养理念、模式、毕业要求等方面与《华盛顿协议》的内在要求存在着差距。结合地方本科高校在工科教育方面存在的问题,提出了人才培养模式改革路径,并给出了引入OBE理念、修订人才培养方案、改进教学方法、拓展实践教学平台、优化师资队伍、建立教学质量评估动态监控体系等6条举措。
The Washington Accord(WA)was a multilateral agreement on the mutual recognition of engineering education majors at the undergraduate level.China officially became a member of the WA in 2016.However,many local undergraduate universities fall short of the inherent requirements of the WA in terms of talent cultivation philosophy,mode and graduation requirements.Combined with the problems existing in engineering education in local universities,the reform path of talent cultivation mode was proposed,and six measures were put forward,including introducing the OBE concept,revising talent cultivation scheme,improving teaching methods,expanding practical teaching platform,optimizing teaching staff and establishing dynamic monitoring system of teaching quality evaluation.
