新时代高职酒店管理专业复合型、创新型人才培养探索与实践

遵循“立德树人、面向人人、终身教育”职教理念,根据旅游住宿业发展对复合型、创新型人才需求和学生个体职业生涯发展需要,动态调整人才培养目标和课程体系;持续跟踪酒店新业态、智慧酒店、服务外包等新技术、新趋势,不断优化课程内容;突出对学生信息技术应用、经营管理能力和创新创业能力训练;构建酒店管理专业创新创业课程群,将专业教育与创新创业教育融合为一,提升学生的职业生涯拓展能力及幸福生活创造能力。

Following the vocational education concept of"morality enhancing,for-all and lifelong education",we should dynamically adjust the talent training objectives and curriculum system according to the demand for compound and innovative talents and the needs of students'individual career development in the development of tourism and accommodation industry.We should continue to follow the hotel new business type,smart hotel,service outsourcing and other new technologies,new trends,and constantly optimize the curriculum content.We should highlight the training of students'information technology application,management ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.We should construct the innovation and entrepreneurship course group of hotel management major,integrate professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education into one,so as to improve students'career development ability and happy life creation ability.
