基于“站点+”的跨境电商小语种人才培养模式的创新研究——以广东省科技干部学院西班牙语为例

Innovative Research on the Training Model of Small Language Talents in Cross-border E-commerce Based on"Site+"--Take Spanish of Guangdong Polytechnics of Science and Technology as an Example

基于跨境电商的迅猛发展对小语种人才数量和人才素质的需求状况,该文章试图以广东省科技干部学院西班牙语(以下简称广科院)为例,来探索创新传统的小语种人才培养常规路径,将跨境电商小语种站点实操融入小语种人才培养全过程,引入速卖通西班牙语站点与我校西班牙语人才进行联合培养,实现语言+业务的双向发展、教学与岗位的精准对接,构建基于电商方向的“语言+商务+技能+信息技术”的“四位一体”的新型人才培养模式,并为其他小语种专业的开展提供借鉴经验。

Based on the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and the demand for small-language talents,this paper attempts to take Spanish of Guangdong Polytechnics of Science and Technology as an example,to explore an innovative approach of training small-language talents,by integrating the practice of cross-border e-commerce small-language sites into the total teaching process.In the whole process of talent training,AliExpress(Global Selling-ES)is introduced to cultivate students'capability and competence of Spanish and E-commerce,in order to realize the two-way development of language+business,and the precise connection of teaching and working post,hence,to construct a new"four-in-one"talent training mode based on"language+business+skills+information technology"on the direction of cross-border e-commerce.
