新时代高等学校本科生优良学风建设的思考与探索——以西安建筑科技大学为例

2018年6月,教育部党组书记、部长陈宝生在新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议上指出,要坚持以本为本,推进四个回归。本科教育在高等教育中体量规模最大,2000年以后,中国每年大学毕业生人数突破一百万,2019年大学毕业生人数更是达到834万,再创新高。在国家“双一流”大学建设的新时代中,一流本科教育起到至关重要的作用,而优良学风就是建设一流本科教育的坚强基石。学风是学生集体或个人在学习过程中表现出来的带有倾向性、稳定性的态度和行为。新时代大学生的学风教育,需要高等学校加强顶层设计,强化制度保障,提高教师队伍管理,激发学生内在学习兴趣,协同联动,推拉结合,共同促进高等学校本科生优良学风建设。

In June 2018,Chen Baosheng,secretary and Minister of the Party group of the Ministry of education,pointed out at the national undergraduate education work conference in the new era that we should adhere to the principle of"based on this"and promote the four returns.Undergraduate education has the largest scale in higher education.After 2000,the number of university graduates in China has exceeded one million every year.In 2019,the number of university graduates has reached 8.34 million,reaching a new high.In the new era of national"double first-class"university construction,first-class undergraduate education plays an important role,and excellent style of study is the strong cornerstone of building first-class undergraduate education.The style of study is a kind of attitude and behavior with tendentiousness and stability that students show in the learning process.In the new era,to enhance college students'style of study education,we need to strengthen the top-level design,strengthen the system guarantee,improve the management of teachers,stimulate students'internal interest in learning,coordinate with each other,push and pull together,and jointly promote the construction of excellent style of study for college students.
