现代学徒制模式下学校社会工作方法在学生管理中的应用研究

高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,为了提升高职教育质量,我国引入了现代学徒制。但在现代学徒制推进过程中,高职院校学生管理面临主体多元化、主体双重身份、教育地点改变的困难和挑战。鉴于学校社会工作与学生管理工作在服务对象、目标价值、工作内容上具有一定的相似性,借鉴学校社会工作的优势视角和价值理念,结合现代学徒制模式下学生工作的具体情况,试提出现代学徒制模式下高职院校学生管理的转变路径。

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education.In order to improve the quality of higher vocational education,China has introduced a modern apprenticeship system.However,in the process of modern apprenticeship promotion,student management in higher vocational colleges faces difficulties and challenges in the diversification of subjects,the dual identity of subjects,and the change of educational sites.In view of the similarities between school social work and student management work in terms of service objects,target values,and work content.Based on the advantages and values of school social work,combined with the specific situation of student work under the modern apprenticeship mode,this paper tries to put forward the path of student management in higher vocational colleges under the modern apprenticeship mode.
