Research and Exploration on Improvement of the Application Level of Electronic Medical Record System by Mobile Healthcare

目的:通过移动医疗在医院信息化建设中的部署应用,探索移动医疗提高医院电子病历系统应用水平的模式。方法:部署移动查房、移动护理、移动门诊输液、患者移动服务平台以及基于移动医疗的全流程数据跟踪与闭环管理等移动医疗应用,以国家电子病历功能应用水平评级为评价手段,总结移动医疗在提高电子病历系统应用水平中的应用模式。结果:移动医疗在医院信息化建设中的应用部署,使天津市北辰医院的电子病历功能应用达到5级标准,大大提高了医院的电子病历系统应用水平。结论:移动医疗的部署,可以满足医院信息化建设管理中的简便、快速录入、查询、传递以及信息协同,发挥移动终端的优势,实现高水平电子病历系统功能应用水平,确保医疗质量和安全,提高患者满意度。

Objective: Through the deployment and application of mobile healthcare in hospital information construction, to explore the mode of improving the application level of the electronic medical record system of hospital by mobile healthcare. Methods: Mobile medical applications such as mobile ward round, mobile nursing, mobile outpatient infusion, mobile service platform for patients and the whole-process data tracking and closed-loop management based on mobile healthcare are deployed. The application mode of mobile healthcare in improvement of the application level of electronic medical record system is summarized with the evaluation method of national electronic medical record function application level rating. Results: Due to the application and deployment of mobile healthcare in hospital information construction, the function application of electronic medical records of Tianjin Beichen Hospital complies with Level 5 standard, and the level of the electronic medical record system of the hospital is greatly improved. Conclusion: The deployment of mobile healthcare can meet the requirements of simpleness and convenience, rapid input, query, transmission and information coordination in hospital information construction and management, give full play to the advantages of mobile terminal, realize the high-level function application of the electronic medical record system, ensure the medical quality and safety, and improve the patient satisfaction.
