摘要 目的:探讨可视化数据在血液透析(Hemodialysis,HD)管理中的应用价值。方法:从HD信息系统中抽取患者基本信息、HD治疗数据以及检验结果进行统计关联分析,形成各种可视化图表,辅助患者管理和临床决策。结果:通过数据可视化呈现,发现本中心HD患者平均年龄达67.3岁,65岁以上老年人为HD主要人群(59.2%),糖尿病肾病高居原发病首位(42.57%)并呈逐年上升趋势;持续透析充分性监测将不达标率长期控制在2.5%~4.5%之间,达到国际指南质量标准;医护工作量和耗材物品实时自动统计,协助绩效管理和优化资源分配。结论:可视化数据同时助力HD中心实现实时高效的精细化管理,显著提高了管理质量和效率。同时也为医院和卫生行政部门的决策提供重要数据支持。 Objective:To explore the application value of visual data in hemodialysis(HD)management.Methods:The basic information,HD treatment data and test results of patients are extracted from the HD information system for statistical correlation analysis to form various visual charts and assist with patient management and clinical decision-making.Results:Through data visualization,it is found that the average age of HD patients in our center is 67.3,the elderly over 65 years old is the main population of HD(accounting for 59.2%),diabetic nephropathy has the highest incidence among primary diseases(42.57%)and shows an increasing trend year by year;the non-compliance rate is controlled between 2.5%and 4.5%for a long time by continuous dialysis adequacy monitoring,which complies with the quality standard of international guidelines;and medical workload and consumables are automatically counted in real time,performance management is assisted with and resource allocation is optimized.Conclusion:Visual data can help HD center to realize real-time and efficient fine management,and significantly improves the quality and efficiency of management.At the same time,it also provides important data support for decision-making of hospitals and health administrative department.
