微视频对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者负性心理的影响

The Influence of Micro-video on Negative Psychology of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨微视频对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者负性心理的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月太和县中医院收治的124例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各62例。对照组实施常规术前健康宣教,研究组在对照组的基础加用微视频访视。比较两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及生命体征变化。结果:干预后,研究组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心率、收缩压及舒张压水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微视频应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术前访视有利于消除其负性心理,有益于稳定其生命体征,值得推广。

Objective: To explore the effect of micro-video on negative psychology of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: 124 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, 62 cases in each group. The control group received routine preoperative health education, while the study group added micro-video interview on the basis of the control group. The scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS), self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and vital signs were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of micro-video in laparoscopic cholecystectomy preoperative visits is conducive to eliminating its negative psychology, is conducive to stabilizing its vital signs, is worth promoting.
