摘要 目的:脑卒中作为一种急性脑血管疾病,以高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率严重威胁人民群众生命健康,鉴于我国各县、市、区内医疗机构在人员配备、技术能力、医疗设备等方面存在较大差异,建立基于区域协同的卒中质控平台能有效提升区域整体卒中防治能力。方法:依托于国家政策法规与卒中中心认证评价指标体系,在前期调研、评估各卒中中心救治能力与水平的前提下,设计并建立基于市域协同的卒中质控平台。结果:通过客观的数据采集、自反馈的上报机制与质控管理,卒中质控平台有效推动各卒中中心救治流程规范化,缩减卒中患者从发病到诊疗的抢救时间。结论:基于区域协同的卒中质控平台推动全市建立起标准、高效、统一的区域卒中救治网络体系,实现了提升市域范围内卒中整体救治水平的目标。 Objective:Stroke as an acute cerebrovascular disease threatens people’s lives with high morbidity,high disability,and high mortality.In view of the great differences in staffing,technical ability and medical equipment among medical institutions in counties,cities and districts in China,establishing a stroke-based quality control platform based on regional synergy can effectively improve the overall stroke prevention and control ability in the region.Methods:Based on the national policies and regulations and the evaluation index system of Stroke Center,a quality control platform for stroke was designed and established on the premise of preliminary investigation and evaluation of the treatment capacity and level of each stroke center.Results:Through objective data collection,selffeedback reporting mechanism and quality control management,the municipal stroke quality control platform effectively promotes the standardization of the treatment process of stroke centers,and reduces the rescue time of stroke patients from onset to diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion:The regional quality coordination-based stroke quality control platform promotes the establishment of a standard,efficient and unified regional stroke treatment network system in the city,and achieves the goal of improving the overall treatment level of stroke within the city.
