城市包容性水平研究——以辽宁省为例 被引量:2

摘要 在改革开放的四十年里,我国城市发展迅速,取得了较多成就。但与此同时,也出现了人口、资源和环境等问题。因此,提高城市发展质量,推动城市包容性发展已成为关注内容。通过梳理研究包容性发展的文献,发现了相关问题。作者以辽宁省的14个城市为研究对象,从发展机会公平、发展内容全面和发展成果共享这三个方面,建立指标体系,结合熵值法、综合加权法和系统聚类分析的方法,探讨辽宁省城市的包容性水平。研究发现:辽宁省各城市的包容性水平存在较大差异,处于高水平与较高水平的城市为沈阳、大连、盘锦、本溪和鞍山,省内其他城市均处于一般水平和低水平;各城市应因地制宜,整体提升城市的包容性水平。 In the 40 years of reform and opening up,China's cities have developed rapidly and made many achievements.But at the same time,there are also population,resources and environment problems.Therefore,improving the quality of urban development and promoting inclusive urban development have become the focus of attention.Through combing the relevant literatures on inclusive development,some problems were found.Taking 14 cities in Liaoning Province as the research objects,the author established an index system from three aspects of fair development opportunity,comprehensive development content and sharing of development results.The inclusion level of cities in Liaoning Province was discussed by combining entropy value method,comprehensive weighting method and systematic clustering analysis.The results show that the inclusion level of cities in Liaoning Province is quite different,and the cities in the high level and the high level are Shenyang,Dalian,Panjin,Benxi and Anshan.Other cities in the province are in the general level and low level.The city should adjust measures to local conditions and enhance the inclusive level of the city as a whole.
