乡村振兴战略下资源枯竭型城市的特色小镇培育方案——以抚顺市东洲地区为例

The Cultivation Scheme of Characteristic Town of Resource-exhausted City Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization——Taking Dongzhou Area of Fushun City As an Example

目前,我国部分资源型城市的发展进入瓶颈期,严重影响了城市经济和社会健康协调发展,资源枯竭型城市转型显得尤为重要。在乡村振兴战略下,本文以抚顺市东洲地区为例,针对目前东洲地区存在的景区类型单一,缺少内在联系等问题,培育3种“旅游+”模式的特色小镇,以实现抚顺市东洲地区的绿色转型,为乡村振兴和资源枯竭型城市全面振兴提供有力支撑。

At present,the development of some resource-based cities in China has entered a bottleneck period,which has seriously affected the coordinated development of urban economy and society.The transformation of resource-exhausted cities is particularly important.Under the strategy of rural revitalization,take Dongzhou Area of Fushun City as an example,aiming at the existing scenic area of Dongzhou type single,such problems as lack of inner link,cultivating three kinds of"travel+"model the characteristics of small town,in order to realize the green transformation of Dongzhou Area of Fushun City,to provide strong support for all-round revitalization of country and resource-based cities.
