便携式超声应用于海岛舰艇基层体会

Practical experience in the use of portable ultrasonoscope to the health service on islands and onboard naval vessels

目的 总结将便携式超声用于海军作战一线舰船和海岛医疗官兵的体会和面对的问题。方法 回顾总结使用便携式超声设备在医疗队巡回医疗期间的使用情况和推广应用情况。结果 与专业超声设备相比,便携式超声图像精细程度较差;其优点是易于现场使用。经过培训后,基层卫生官兵可以初步掌握超声技术应用一线救护中。结论 便携式超声适合装备到海岛舰艇等作战基层单位同时。经短期培训后,基层医务人员即可掌握该技术,其应用有助于提升一线官兵的健康水平并提高医疗救护的成功率。

Objective To summarize practical experience in the application of portable ultrsonography to the health service of front?line naval vessels and military personnel on island,and also to sum up the problems encountered.Methods A retrospective sum?mary was made on the application of portable ultrasonoscope during medical tours by medical teams as well as on the further application of the technique in basic naval units.Results Compared with those more specialized systems,portable ultrasonoscope was not so good in terms of precise scanning.Nevertheless,portable ultrasonoscope had the unique advantage of portability and could be readily used on site.With proper training,basic health service personnel could readily master the technique and applied it to front?line casualty care.Conclusion Portable ultrasonoscope could readily be fielded on remote islands,smaller naval vessels and in front?line units.With short?term training,medical personnel in basic units could easily master the technique,the application of which would help to increase health of front?line military personnel and the success rate of emergent medical care at war.
