新中国成立七十年来,我国经济管理理论的创新发展与学术期刊的高质量建设已成为社会各界关注的焦点。于此背景下,“《管理学刊》创刊10周年暨新时代中国经济管理科学与期刊发展研讨会”应势召开。会议主要研讨了新中国成立七十年来经济理论与管理方法的演进,比较了中西方宏观调控体系的差异及未来中国调控改革的方向,探究了中国奇迹发生的内在逻辑以及新时代中国经济转型的动力,梳理了七十年来中国国家治理体系和治理能力发展历程及其现代化的重难点,回溯了中国税收制度和区域经济治理理论与实践的演化路径,展望了新时代生态文明建设的协同机制和金融科技创新中区块链技术的应用。新时代的学术期刊应有新使命、新担当,与会专家学者与期刊界同仁一致认为,应建立学术与期刊命运共同体,并就此深入交流了彼此的观点和做法。

After 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the innovation and development of China’s economic management theory and the high-quality construction of academic periodical have become the focus of attention from all walks of life,against which as a background,the seminar on the development of both the economic management and periodical in the new era in China and for the 10th Anniversary of Journal of Management come up timely.It mainly discusses the evolution of the economic theory and management methods in the 70 years since the founding of new China,compares the differences between the macroeconomic regulation and control systems of China and the West,probes into the inherent logic of the“China Miracle”and the transformation impetus of China’s economy in the new era,summarizes the major difficulties of the development history and modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance in the 70 years,traces the evolution path of the tax system and the regional economic governance theory and practice of China,and explores the collaborative mechanism of the ecological civilization construction and the application of the block-chain technology in the financial technology innovation in the new era.The academic periodical in the new era bear its new missions and new responsibilities.The experts and scholars participating in the seminar reach an agreement that a community of a shared future in the academic and periodical field should be established,about which more views and thoughts are further exchanged in the seminar.
