摘要
针对铁矿阴离子捕收剂低温反浮选的难题,以油酸为原料,经过氧化、皂化和老化等步骤合成了新的耐低温捕收剂过氧羟基油酸,并对TFe含量为46.22%、SiO2含量为32.47%的东北某铁矿强磁选精矿进行了反浮选试验。结果表明,试样以NaOH为调整剂、玉米淀粉为抑制剂、氧化钙为活化剂、过氧羟基油酸为捕收剂,经1粗1精2扫,中矿循序返回的反浮选工艺,可以得到铁品位为67.78%、回收率为86.89%、SiO2含量为3.09%的铁精矿,在低温条件下实现了"提铁降硅"的目标。Zeta电位分析、溶液化学分析和红外光谱分析表明,过氧羟基油酸在Ca2+活化后的石英表面的吸附为化学吸附。
In order to solve the problem of low temperature reverse flotation for iron ore,a new low temperature collector,peroxy-hydroxy oleic(MG-3)was synthesized by oxidation reaction,saponification reaction and aging reaction with oleic acid as raw material.And the collector has been used to reverse flotation test for iron ore which the TFe content is 46.22%and the SiO2 content is 32.47%.The flotation test results showed that the iron concentrate with grade of 67.78%,recovery rate of 86.89%,and SiO2 content of 3.09%can be obtained by treating the sample with NaOH as regulator,corn starch as inhibitor,calcium oxide as activator,and peroxide hydroxyl oleic acid as collector adopting the flotation processing of one roughing,one cleaning,two scavenging,the middlings sequence return.And the goal of"raising iron and lowering silicon"has been achieved at low temperature.Zeta potential analysis,solution chemical analysis and IR analysis showed that the adsorption of peroxy-hydroxy oleic acid on the quartz surface activated by Ca2+was chemical adsorption.
