摘要
信息偶遇研究已经成为人类信息行为领域的重要组成部分,近年来其相关研究在图书情报学获得了快速增长,但是研究方法的局限性却在一定程度上阻碍了研究人员深入探讨信息偶遇现象。本研究广泛采集了1995—2018年间发表的国内外信息偶遇实证研究论文共87篇,基于研究主题、样本类型、数据类型、数据采集以及数据分析维度,对论文中的研究方法开展了系统的内容分析,揭示了信息偶遇研究方法应用现状及发展趋势,旨在促进信息偶遇方法论体系的变革,突破现有研究的发展瓶颈。
Information encountering(IE)research has become an important part of the human information behavior domain.There has been a rapid increase of related studies conducted by library and information science researchers in recent years.However,the limitations of research methods are impeding more in-depth investigation into the phenomenon of IE.This study collected a total of 87 empirical research papers published at home and aboard from 1995 to 2018.Based on the dimensions of researvh topics,sample type,data type,data collection,and data analysis,a content analysis was performed on the research methods sections of these papers,which reveals the status quo and problems of applying methods in IE research.Future trends in IE research methods were predicted with the aim to facilitate methodology innovations in IE research and to break the current bottleneck.
