贵州省旅游效率时空演变及影响因素分析

Spatial-temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Tourism Efficiency in Guizhou Province

基于DEA-Malmquist指数模型研究2010—2016年贵州省旅游效率的时空演变特征,运用固定效应变系数模型对贵州省旅游效率的影响因素进行剖析,结果表明:(1)从时间上看,贵州省旅游效率变化总体上呈先下降后上升的趋势,技术进步是贵州省旅游效率上升的主要贡献者。(2)从空间上看,贵州省旅游效率的空间分异明显,南部市州普遍高于北部,少数民族自治州总体高于其他市州。(3)影响因素中,政府作用和人才规模对贵州省旅游效率总体上具有正向的显著性,能源利用效率和经济发展水平对贵州省旅游效率显著为负或不显著,产业结构对贵州省旅游效率的影响具有明显的区域差异性。

With the deepening of China’s economic transformation,the status and role of tourism in the development of national economy have been constantly improved.Based on the DEA-Malmquist index model,this paper studied the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of tourism efficiency in Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2016,and used the variable coefficient fixed effect model to further analyzed the influencing factors of tourism efficiency in Guizhou Province.The results showed that:(1)From the time point of view,the change of tourism efficiency in Guizhou Province had experienced the trend of first decreased and then rose,and technological progress was the main contributor to the increase of tourism efficiency in Guizhou Province.(2)From the perspective of space,the spatial diversities of tourism efficiency in Guizhou Province was obvious.The south was generally superior to the north and the ethnic autonomous prefectures were generally superior to other cities;(3)The study found that the government’s role and the scale of talents had a strong positive impacted on the tourism efficiency of Guizhou province,while the energy efficiency and the level of economic development had a significant negative or insignificant impact on the tourism efficiency of Guizhou Province,while the impact of industrial structure on the tourism efficiency of Guizhou Province had a significant regional difference.
