绒山羊MARCH1基因InDel位点与体尺性状的关联研究 被引量:3

摘要 探究膜相关RING-CH型蛋白1(membrane-associated Ring-CH Protein 1,MARCH1)基因多态能否显著影响内蒙古白绒山羊的生长性状。通过现代分子遗传学技术检测460只内蒙古白绒山羊MARCH1基因启动子区7-bp位点InDel(insertion/deletion)多态性,并利用SPSS 23.0分析软件探究它们与生长性状的相关性。育成羊MARCH1基因启动子7-bp(NC_030813:g.1858696insTAATACG)突变位点DD基因型个体体高均值显著大于ID和II基因型个体(P=0.010),ID基因型个体体长均值显著大于II基因型个体(P=0.036);成年羊该突变位点ID基因型个体管围均值显著大于II基因型个体(P=0.040)。皮尔逊相关分析显示:内蒙古白绒山羊体高、体长和管围与体重性状均存在极显著相关(P<0.01)。MARCH1基因启动子区7-bp位点可作为内蒙古白绒山羊体尺性状的有效分子标记。 The purpose of this study was to explore whether membrane-associated Ring-CH Protein 1(MARCH1)polymorphisms can significantly affect body size traits of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats.Polymorphisms of MARCH1 gene in 460 Inner Mongolia cashmere goats were identified by modern molecular genetic technology.Correlation between polymorphism of MARCH1 gene with body size traits was explored by SPSS 23.0 analysis software.For the 7-bp InDel of MARCH1 gene promoter(NC_030813:g.1858696insTAATACG)of breeding goats,the values of DD genotype individuals were significantly greater than the ID and II genotypes in body height(P=0.010),and the values of ID genotype individuals were significantly greater than II genotype individuals in body length(P=0.036).For cannon circumference trait of adult goats,the mean of ID genotype was significantly greater than that of the II genotype(P=0.040).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were extremely significant correlations between body height,body length,cannon circumference traits and body weight trait in Inner Mongolia white cashmere goats(P<0.01).MARCH1 promoter region 7-bp site had significant effects on body size traits of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats.
