摘要
采用Solidworks和CFD流体分析软件研究了在某船用柴油机最大设计工况下,两种结构的进气风帽对上下同时喷淋的I型脱硫塔内流场的影响。研究发现,进气风帽结构的不同使得塔内流场和SO 2分布出现一定差异,但主要发生在风帽出口周围。安装导流板进气风帽的脱硫塔总压降较小,有利于减少柴油机的油耗,但风帽周围的塔壁易发生高温腐蚀;虽然导流板进气风帽使得I型塔内产生气旋,但气体SO 2经过喷淋区域后浓度分布基本一致。给出一些切实可行的优化方案以改善塔内流场状况并减少塔壁腐蚀,为后续研究奠定基础。
By Solidworks and CFD calculation method,the effects of two of types of inlet funnel caps on I-type marine scrubber with simultaneous spraying up and down under the maximum design condition of a marine engine were investigated.The results showed that the distinction between funnel caps’structures makes difference of the field flow and SO 2 distribution in scrubber,especially surrounding the outlet of funnel caps.The scrubber with funnel cap with inflow deflector has less total pressure drop.It benefits the reduction of engine fuel consumption,but the internal wall of scrubber around funnel caps is prone to high temperature corrosion.The funnel cap with deflector leads to the flow swirl in scrubber,but SO 2 gas through the area of spraying has the similar distribution of concentration of SO 2 in different scrubbers.Some practical optimization schemes were given to improve the flow field in scrubber and reduce the corrosion of internal wall,which lays the foundation for further research.
