FPSO超大型上层建筑陆地转运方案分析

摘要 针对FPSO上层建筑总段体积大、重量大、板厚薄、预舾装件多的特点,制定工装平台托举、组合动力头模块场内转运的转运技术方案。采用商用有限元计算软件,对运输托盘进行有限元数值模拟,结果表明,托盘的变形和强度满足使用要求。对上层建筑的运输稳性进行计算校核,结果满足运输稳性要求。 According to the characteristics of superstructure of the ultra-large FPSO,such as large volume,heavy weight,and thin plate thickness,and many pre-outfitting parts,the transfer technical scheme of tooling platform lifting and combined power head module transportation was developed.The commercial FEM package was used to simulate the transport pallet.Numerical results showed that the deformation and strength of the pallet meet the requirements.The transportation stability of superstructure was evaluated,and the results meet the stability requirements of transportation.
