船体零部件物流配送模式分析

Analysis and Evaluation of Hull Parts Logistics Distribution Mode

结合国内大型船舶建造企业的生产实际,对基于分道建造的船体生产物流编码体系进行分析,并通过实例验证。结果表明,该体系下的船体零部件物流配送模式可以对生产线所需的各类物资实施多品种和小批量的准时准确配送,达到对船体结构生产物流的合理组织。

Combining with the production practice of domestic large shipbuilding enterprises,the ship production logistics coding system was analyzed based on hull lane construction,and verified through experiments.The results showed that the logistics distribution mode of hull parts under the system can implement timely and accurate distribution of various materials needed by the production line in a variety of varieties and small batches,so as to achieve a reasonable organization of ship structure production logistics.
