摘要 利用EDEM离散元分析软件模拟齿爪粉碎机粉碎腔内的运行工况,建立玉米模型黏结颗粒和齿爪粉碎机模型,将筛网模型按角度均分为6部分,设定锤头转速为3 900 r/min和4 500 r/min两种工况对其进行离散元仿真分析。对比仿真结果和数据,证明高转速锤头可提升粉碎效率,颗粒在粉碎过程中除受到锤头的有效冲击破碎作用外,与筛网的接触碰撞也会产生粉碎效果;筛网作用面积受颗粒碰撞位置以及转速的影响,为实现快速出料,应该对粉碎室以及筛网结构做针对性设计。 Simulate the operation conditions in the crushing chamber of toothed claw crusher by using EDEM discrete element analysis software, and the corn models of bonded particles and toothed claw crusher were established. The screen mesh model was divided into 6 parts by angles, and the discrete element simulation analysis was conducted at the speed of 3 900 r/min and 4 500 r/min of the hammerhead respectively. By comparing the simulation results and data, it was verified that the hammerhead with high rotating speed could improve the crushing efficiency. In addition to the effective impact and crushing effect of hammerhead, the contact collision with the sieve would also produce crushing effect.The effect area of screen mesh was affected by the collision position and rotating speed of particles.Therefore, in order to achieve rapid discharge of the material, targeted design on crushing chamber and screen mesh structure should be done.
