一株好氧反硝化苯酚降解菌的筛选和降解特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 以苯酚为唯一碳源,通过富集培养方法从焦化废水生物处理系统的好氧池活性污泥中分离出1株既具有降解苯酚能力也具有反硝化功能的菌株C3。根据16SrDNA序列分析,C3菌株和Pseudomonas sp.的16SrDNA序列相似性达99%。通过单因素和响应面法确定C3菌株的最优环境条件为pH 7.5、温度30℃、初始苯酚浓度1.0 g/L、硝酸盐氮浓度1.0 g/L,在该条件下,C3菌株对苯酚的降解率为89.3%,对硝酸盐的降解率为81.3%,降解产物为N2。 Using phenol as the sole carbon source,a strain C3 with the ability of degrading phenol and denitrifying was isolated from the activated sludge of the aerobic tank of the coking wastewater biological treatment system by enrichment culture.According to 16SrNDA sequence analysis,the 16SrDNA sequence similarity between C3 strain and Pseudomonas sp.reached 99%.The optimal environmental conditions of the C3 strain were determined by single factor and response surface methodology:pH 7.5,temperature 30℃,initial phenol concentration 1.0 g/L,nitrate nitrogen concentration 1.0 g/L.Under these conditions,the degradation rate of C3 strain to phenol was 89.3%,the degradation rate to nitrate was 81.3%,and the degradation product was N2.
