摘要 为全面保护腾冲红花油茶资源,促进腾冲红花油茶产业可持续发展,通过对30 hm^2腾冲红花油茶种质资源保存库建设地基本情况分析,确定保存库功能区划原则,对功能区划结果、区划平面布置技术设计研究,开展种质资源自然类型调查、优良无性系调查、近缘种调查、优良单株调查等技术措施应用,对种质资源收集区嫁接苗引进、采穗育苗、大树保存及修剪、整地、定植、管护、观测调查等技术研究分析,对扩繁圃种子及穗条需要量测算、产量预测、整地、嫁接育苗、圃期管理、苗木调查等营建技术进行研究分析,探讨营建腾冲红花油茶种质资源保存库营建技术。 In order to comprehensively protect the Camellia reticulate Lindl.resources,promote the sustainable development of C.reticulate industry,we explored the construction technology of the germplasm resources preservation bank of C.reticulate through the analysis of the basic situation of 30 hectares of C.reticulate germplasm resources conservation bank construction site,determining the principle of functional zoning of the preservation bank,studying the results of functional zoning and the technical design of division plane layout,carrying out the investigation of natural types of germplasm resources,excellent clones,related species and excellent single plant,studying the technology of grafting seedling introduction,ear picking and seedling raising,tree preservation and pruning,land preparation,planting,management and protection,observation and investigation in the collection area of germplasm resources,analyzing the construction technologies such as the estimation of the demand for ear,the prediction of the yield,the preparation of the land,the grafting of seedlings,the management of nursery period and the investigation of seedlings.
