不同灭菌药剂和方法对美国垂枝红樱扦插育苗的影响

Effects of Different Sterilizing Agents and Methods on Cutting Propagation of Cerasus subhirtella var.pendula

以美国垂枝红樱为研究对象,研究其在重庆地区扦插育苗中的灭菌药剂选择和灭菌处理方法。结果表明,使用3‰甲基托布津水溶液+40%灭菌灵500倍液作为灭菌药剂能够显著降低美国垂枝红樱的插穗染菌率,提高其扦插生根率、生根数量和根系长度。采穗前10、5 d使用3‰甲基托布津水溶液+40%灭菌灵500倍液作为灭菌药剂各对美国垂枝红樱枝条进行1次喷雾灭菌结合扦插前插穗灭菌处理,能够更好地降低插穗染菌率,提高扦插生根率、生根数量和根系长度。

In this paper,the cuttage sterilization agents and sterilization methods of C.subhirtella var.pendula in Chongqing area were studied.The results showed that using the solution with methyl toprazine concentration on 3‰+40%carbendazim 500 times aqueous solution as sterilizing agents could significantly reduce the infection rate of the cuttings and increase the rooting rate,the number of roots and the length of roots.Spraying the solution with methyl toprazine concentration on 3‰+40%carbendazim 500 times aqueous solution at 10 days and 5 days before picking respectively combining with disinfection and sterilization of cuttings before cutting,could better reduce the rate of cuttings infection,increase rooting rate,root number and root length.
