摘要
[目的]探讨康复新液对无水乙醇致大鼠急性胃溃疡的保护作用及机制。[方法]采用无水乙醇灌胃SD大鼠,制备急性胃溃疡模型,将大鼠按体质量随机分为空白组、模型组(无水乙醇10 g/kg)和康复新液给药组(无水乙醇10 g/kg+康复新液6 mL/kg)。给药后,观察各组大鼠的胃黏膜形态学变化和溃疡指数,测定大鼠胃组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。[结果]与空白组相比,模型组胃组织损伤严重,溃疡指数、MDA水平明显升高;SOD、GSH水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,康复新液给药组胃组织损伤程度减轻,溃疡指数和MDA水平降低(P<0.05),SOD、GSH水平升高(P<0.01)。[结论]康复新液对无水乙醇引起的急性胃溃疡有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与减少氧自由基生成、促进氧自由基清除和抑制脂质过氧化、增加氧化应激有关。
[Objective]The research aimed to investigate the protective effects of Kangfuxin solution on ethanol-induced acute gastric ulcer in rats.[Method]The models of acute gastric ulcer were established using absolute ethanol.The rats were randomly divided into control group,model group(absolute ethanol 10 g/kg),Kangfuxin solution group(absolute ethanol 10 g/kg+Kangfuxin 6 mL/kg)according to its body weight.The morphological changes of gastric mucosa and ulcer index were observed,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione(GSH)in gastric tissue of rats were checked.[Result]Compared with normal group,the gastric tissue injury was serious,the ulcer index and and the contents of MDA in model group were increased,whereas the level of SOD and GSH were decreased,which presented statistical significant differences(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the degree of gastric tissue injury was alleviated,the ulcer index and the contents of MDA was reduced significantly(P<0.05),and the level of SOD and GSH were elevated obviously(P<0.01)in the Kangxin solution group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Kangfuxin solution has protective effect on ethanol-induced acute gastric ulcer,which may be related to reducing the production of oxygen free radicals,promoting the scavenging of oxygen free radicals,inhibiting lipid peroxide and increasing oxidative stress.
