基于耦合机制下乡村振兴与新型职业农民培育的路径选择

Path-selection of Rural Revitalization and New-type Professional Farmers Cultivation Based on the Coupling Mechanism

探究耦合机制作用将其动力组合归纳为集散机制的政策保障扩散力和人才培育集聚力、匹配机制的要素配置传导力和职业农民调控力、以及协调机制的多规合一促进力和多面发展推动力共同构成。依据耦合演化的特征,在不同阶段呈现出不同程度的耦合机制体系,由此将乡村振兴与新型职业农民培育耦合类型分为政府、市场、学校主导耦合型。通过以上因果逻辑关系构建路径选择概念模型,为乡村振兴与新型职业农民培育耦合发展提供多元化、全方位的路径选择方案。

In order to make a through inquiry,the motivation of coupling mechanism includes the diffusion mechanism on the diffusion force of policy guarantee and the concentration power of talent cultivation,the matching mechanism on the conductivity power of element configuration and the regulatory power on professional farmers,also the coordination mechanism on the promotion power of multiple-rules combination and the driving force of multiple-aspect development.According to the features of the coupling evolution process,then at different phases,the coupling mechanism system is presented at different levels.Thus,the coupling type of rural revitalization and the new-type professional farmers cultivation is divided into government-oriented type,market-oriented type,and school-oriented type.Constructing conceptual model of path-selection with the help of the above causal relationship to provide diversified and all-round path-selection plans for rural revitalization as well as the coupling development of the new-type professional farmers cultivation.
