摘要
介绍了闪速炉配套的镍精矿干燥窑烟气脱硫系统的工艺流程及主要控制指标,分析了运行过程中出现的脱硫循环液pH值正常而脱硫效率下降、尾气颗粒物浓度波动大、脱硫塔溢流管冒泡沫等问题的原因,并提出了相应的处理措施。为保证脱硫系统长周期安全运行,提出了下一步改造思路。
The technological process and main control indexes of flue gas desulfurization in a nickel smelting drying kiln are introduced.The causes of the faults such as the desulfurization efficiency decreasing while the pH value of desulfurizing circulating liquid is normal,the fluctuation of off-gas particle concentration,and the foaming of the overflow pipe of the desulfurization tower are analyzed,and corresponding treatment measures are putforward.In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of the desulfurization system,the next transformation idea is put forward.
